I must admit that the session felt a bit like hatching an egg and not knowing what would come out...all very new and unexplored by this particular group.
Once we got off to a sort of jerky start, things ran great...we had 3 very active groups of participants that were full of great ideas, shared their information, worries, resources, etc.
From what I can tell, it's a "keeper" and people seem to want a repeat!

I love Pam's analogy of CI groups being like hatching an egg! I am thinking the awkwardness reported at the beginning of many groups was due to this type of session being so new at SI. None of us knew how it was going to go (easy over, hard boiled, or scrambled :) If we can get some of the people to participate in Discussion Boards and/or participate again regionals, it will be a golden egg.
