What curriculum are programs using for soft skills or manners for native English speakers?

I'd like to recommend a book I've used for soft skills.  Even though it's designed for ESL populations in mind, I find the material to be beneficial for native English speakers as well, simply because it deals with such basic things as "please", "thank you", smiling, body language, telephone manners, etc., from which everyone can benefit.

The book is entitled American Manners and Customs by Elizabeth Claire (publisher of Easy English News).  The ISBN number is 0-937630-11-X.  I think I paid about $12 for it.

The actual curriculum I use in class is owned by the COB where I work, and it is not available for public perusal.  Sorry I cannot offer that curriculum as well.
